IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Since August 2020 RTF Resources has moved the order fulfillment process to print on demand. We are no longer stocking physical inventory and shipping out materials from a warehouse. Instead, we send all orders for books to our printer companies that will print and ship the paperback materials directly to the customer's address, observing the shipping method that was requested at the check out area. 

 

Please note that we cannot guarantee estimate delivery time

Although it usually takes about 10 days to have a book printed and shipped out, our printers advertise an estimate of 15-22 business days for printing.

 

We currently provide two options for shipping method that will be passed on and observed by our printers once your order is printed and ready for shipping:

Economy Shipping 5-9 days and Priority Mail 3-5 days.

 

Shipping Tracking information - Since orders will be fulfilled by a third party we are not able to provide automatic shipping information. Although, we will be glad to verify it for our customers upon request.

 

Unsuccessful delivery attempts - Please note that any returned package due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be hold until customer contact informing reason and request a re-shipping. Extra costs due to office's labor, handling, repackaging, shipping label, etc. will be calculated and applied on the original order. 

 

Our resources office may be able to receive special orders for some of the physical products that we use to have available on our web-store upon consultation via email.

 

 Returns can be requested on the order's history once you login to your RTF Resources Webstore account.

Be aware that once your request is accepted:

  • The return amount can be directed to the credit card used for the purchase or it can be credited to your account.
  • It may be partially refunded as there may charges to cover office's expenses.

Each case will be considered individually and we will do our best to be reasonable and to make things right with our customers without causing any hurt to the Ministry.

If are facing difficulties downloading your purchased digital materials, please email our resources office and we will find alternatives for you to get access to their files.

Our work hours answering phone calls, emails, and contacting our printers is Monday-Friday 9am-1pm (except holidays).
